The Hotel Pearsall was built in 1902 and the restaurant was located at the west end. Behind the table are Mrs. Annie Pearsall, wife of the builder and owner H. E. Pearsall, and their daughter Viola. At right is Lillie Mack, who arrived from Iowa in 1900 and baked bread and pies for the dining room, which was her first job before she married Leslie Main in 1908.
